Those scandinavians are pretty serious folk though. Read 'Lords of Chaos' and convince yourself :)

I'd also like to know from Sunrise how serious these guys are.

Michael,

This is cool. I really like the art direction and look of the desaturated super 8. The editing has rhythm too. Very nice work. Overall, the video has a classic 1980s music video feel. Also - I thought this video was halarious! Totally fucking absurd - in a good way :D

My only point of critique is the sound. The music comes through very spishy sounding and poorly compressed. This is too important of an oversight for a music video.

hope my comments are useful - thanks for posting,

Steve

Coool stuff!

I love the composite shot of cross with stormy sky + lightning

The song is certainly odd tho... kind of 'industrial', but made with really weak R&B-esque sounds...(especially that pizzicato (if that's the right term) sound, sounds like somehting out of an r+b track)? and that cheezy casio orchestra hit 8O !

Well, each to their own! :)

Anyway, i really enjoyed the video!

Like the bit where the cross appears behind him...

I loved the scene where the singer was on top of a rocky peak with the two drummers... reminds me of that Rammstein video where the bassist has a 30 foot tall instrument on top of a huge mountain.
