Try a red filter with the tri-x. I found that the exposure with the new plus-x in the minolta XL601 with a 25A was perfect. My Nizo 4056 also held up very well to this situation. I find many different cameras in the same scenario can give various results.

Have they ever claimed that? I thought the point was simply that results would be atypical when scanned via conventional methods, and the "black box" was one way of correcting this.

I'm interested in hearing how you go with it. I remember Roger talking about the idea of a non-colour-masked neg film being ideal for home telecine purposes. This stock may well be it, in 16mm, at least. (I have read that it is quite soft and grainy, so probably wouldn't suit 8mm too well- not that I can imagine there being much demand for it to be cut down!)

Not shooting but developing film. I´ve got two rolls of Kahl 21 (the last ones :( ) to develop in my LOMO thank this evening.

I´m waiting for Ekta 64T, it still didn´t arrive at the Pampas... :x

changed my mind.

let the 16mm rest and shot some S8 TRIX, Fuji F500 & V2 200T evaluation tests.

at least the motifs arnt the weak points zhiz time :wink:

anyone shot TRIX with 85 + 85B filters at the zame time? did it to zee if it enhanzed kontrazt.

anyway, negs shot with 85B in overcast daylight zoo well zee.
