well santo, or is it pinochio - solid wood from ear to ear i see - finally your avtar gives a meaning. i see that your lack of technical knowledge isnt your only problem, keeping two thoughts straight at one time is way too much too.
this is what i have said:
1) my 1014 xls with k40 and the pressureplate will stick in lower temperatures.
2) no problem with VNF or NEG film and enhanced stability is achived with the pp and neg film.
3) my cam has shot an amount of film you forever are only able to dream of. i have handled it very roughly and it has never had any servicing. natural variation between cams handled differently will occour. some may do better with a pp than others which is why i suggest anybody to make a test individually.
4) once i wrote that the high resolution lens with its superb colour coating specially designed to improve the very narrow contrast range of slow reversals MIGHT not be the best solution for neg films which has a extremely wide latitude naturally.
looking at Jukkasils vision2 clips this seems like no problem and undoubtly is an enhancement with reservation for a superb transfer. i have only shot v1 neg as of yet and the transfer was somewhat screwed up by PRO8mm - later re-transferred by andreas so i could verify this and the PRO8 transfer i got is definately not matching what Jukkasil has got with the v2 unless the difference is all in the filmstock.
