Yes, my thoughts exactly, the limited features of the Lomokino might wear thin too soon whereas the potential to create something with a little more substance (and a much better frame rate!) will hopefully appeal for much longer. Yes its a plastic toy.
Yes the frame rate is crap
Yes I'm sure scanning and cropping will be a pain
Yes lomography have a rep for being overpriced and overhyped
