If the carts are still available I'll take 'em. For double exposures.

Re: Cement for film striping
When I bought my Weberling machine (2nd hand), it came with with this formula, handwriten on a piece of paper:
Agfa OT 171
400 ml cyclohexanon C6 H10 O
300 ml dioscan C4 H8 O2 (diethylene-dioxidi)
200 ml acetone CH3 CO H3
100 ml toluol CH3-G6 H5
I have never mixed it myself, I've always used ...

Re: What reversal Super8 films do you use?
I've got only 3 carts or E100D left my fridge. Some old sound films and agfas and one wittner custom loaded fomapan 100.
Adox and tri-x are great for b/w but I'd like to keep shooting with color reversal (with acetate base) too.
Just have to wait and see if Ferrania can do what they say...

Re: ADOX super 8 film
yep, but I haven't seen it yet. I got an email from Andec today that my film has been sent to me. I hope I get it on friday.
And I'm curious to see what the GK-film cartridge looks inside, so I asked them to return the empty cart.

US help needed with shiping
Hi!
I once saw topic like this and now I need shiping help myself.
I'd like to order a motor and a belt for my Teac A-3440 recorder but the seller (Teac USA) does not send it outside US.
And I really need to get this recorder fixed 'cos it's modified to use perforated tape. Pedro's sync stuff.

Re: Elvis Live on 8mm With Sound & Sprocket Holes
It's super 8. Regular 8mm has the perforations between the frames. And the audio is not from the (sound)film, but nice footage anyway.

I'll check that Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße store for sure. Parallaxe looks great, I wish there were more shops like that.

Super 8 stuff in Hamburg/Bremen?
Any members from Hamburg or Bremen areas?
Are there any shops selling super 8 related stuff? Movies, cameras, films... Fleamarkets of course.
I'm spending a week there in april and I'd like to come home with some new "treasures".
Danke!
(btw, thanks for the Berlin tips last year jpolzfuzz! Too bad ...

I'm going to Berlin on april, for a week. Any tips related to super 8? Flea markets of course, but any shops that sell cameras, films, movies etc that are worth visiting?
I also have few carts of ektachrome that needs to get processed. Does Andec process E-6 on daily basis (can I just drop the films ...

Re: Minolta XL 400
Before shooting I had the camera on tripod and compared the light meter readings between 100D and 64T. Looked like it got the 100D as 160.
So I shot with +1 stop back light correction and tungsten settings. And that was the right decision.

Re: Minolta XL 400
How about Ektachrome 100D with this camera? Does it read it as 160?
I got the camera few years ago, never used it before but I'm planning to try it the next weekend with 64T and 100D. Just some "short end" cartridges from my fridge.
Thanks!
Mikko
