Hi :D

Has anyone got any Single 8 sound cartridges they want to sell, swap or give? It doesn't matter if there is film in them or not. I just need the cartridge for my experiment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the in-depth response and great advice. :D I think I'll go for one of those, it looks ideal!

projector advice

Hi :D

I am looking to buy a projector so I can set up my own real time telecine.

Its hard to find exact specs, so i thought I would ask here as this is a great place for S8 knowledge. 8)

What I need is:

a projector with a variable frame rate. i.e a +/- adjuster, obviously adjusts from 18/24 ...

I've got a some Fuji R25 that I want to shoot but my camera is a bit iffy :( Basically when in auto exposure mode theneedle measures the light then slowly goes off the end of the scale, but it can be set manually. I was just wondering if metering externally is wise or is it best not to trust ...
