At http://8mmforum.film-tech.com/ (more for film collector not film shooter), someone says that Kodachrome K40 can be processed as Ektachrome.

Is that true?

In color? No way! Martin Baumgarten can process it as reversal B/W or sepia tone....

It will (not 100%, but most likely) come back to life.
Many cameras I have were in this condition. The best thing is of course open, clean and lubricate the camera but I understand that's not always easy. Even if it come back to life, it will probably be very noisy ...

The manual also covers the Nizp professional and it is multilanguage.
