Am shooting a video project at present and don't have time to shoot a test cart. Some of the Agfa film expired in the early 90s and some in the mid 80s, what would people recommend in terms of exposure?
I understand that it is very much a risky method of shooting and there is no definitive answer ...

Re: Finished Fashion film with hand processed Tri X in Kodak
Thanks, it turned out better than I had anticipated as the light in the room was horrible and I had to shoot at the same time as the photography shoot was taking place. Working around the strobing and in such a tight, bland location was a challenge but it turned out ok.
Thanks for watching.

Finished Fashion film with hand processed Tri X in Kodak D76
Cheers for the suggestions regarding home processing reversal film as negative.
I ended up going for D76 developer and the bucket, spaghetti developing method and I am really pleased with the results.
I shot some carts of 500T and had these processed and transferred by Gauge Film and had the home ...

Re: Hand processing Tri-X as negative using D76 - Advice Wel
Good luck!!!! Its scary the first time but, its really a simple process. Also don't stress about getting the times exact! You can be a few seconds over or under. B&W film is very resilient and easy to develop in imperfect conditions.
Thanks so much for that, much appreciated. I was a bit ...

Hand processing Tri-X as negative using D76 - Advice Welcome
A few months back I was commissioned to shoot an experimental film for a hair stylist client who I had worked with early this year. He let me do whatever i wanted pretty much last time and he was really happy with the results so I was given free reign once again.

Have a couple of Nizos that could do with some love. Anyone know of any camera repair techs that are competent and reasonably priced?

Anyone in UK/EU hand processing super 8 film??
It's been a while since I have been on here, hope you're all still wonderful.
Am finally getting to use super 8 film in a commercial fashion project I am shooting and was hoping to have the film hand processed to retain a rawer feel to the work. I used to send my carts to a guy in England whose ...

How do I buy super 8 film direct from KODAK UK????
Hi
Normally I would buy my film stock directly from Kodak but I can't seem to find a sales contact number for the UK anymore. I bought stock earlier this year but am struggling to find contact details now.
I need the film ASAP so may have to buy elsewhere but I was happy with the price and service ...

Re: best bag for canon 1014xl / 814xl?
Also on the lookout for a bag that could accommodate my 1014/Nizo Pro. The Domke is unfortunately too expensive for me, does anyone know of something similar for less monies?

Editing software: any clear front-runner?
I have used Premiere Pro on the few occasions that I have edited in the past but over the next 12 months I plan on shooting a lot more and am curious as to what it is seen to be the best NLE to use for editing? Almost everyone I speak to seems to use Final Cut, any reason for this?
