The New Jersey address listed above by Nik-Super8 is correct. I've sent two carts there, and processed film has been returned within three weeks both times.

I recently had the same thing happen with a roll of Ektachrome; however, the lab (Prep Film in MI) did not call and did not offer me a credit. I'm quite baffled as to the cause.

I just received my first roll of K-40 back from Switzerland via Kodak's New Jersey office. Overall, I am very pleased with the turnaround time---less than 3 weeks-- and price -- $10.83 film & processing.
