I have a screening in Kingston Ontario Tuesday
Shameless self-promotion I know but if anyone is in the Kingston Ontario area I have a screening this Tuesday. Below is a blurb that they put together. I don't know much about location except that it is somewhere on Queen's University campus. And the blurb is not entirely correct with it's emphasis ...

Yes, a metal tank, and they are fantastic. I own 3. My favourite camera at the moment for ...

Re: Film Festival Idea
Rick, is the featured music all originally composed by the artists?
I have had 3 different bands over the years, all jazz-ish, and they either improvise cold off the floor as the films screen or sometimes they see the films in advance, so are a little more prepared but it's still largely improv ...

Re: Film Festival Idea
I have been doing something similar with the Super 8 Circus here in Toronto for the past 8 years. We project about 20 super 8 films with a live band playing along. This year it will be held on March 13.

Shooting film in a 48 hour contest is insane. Hats off to you for having the guts, and then pulling it off.
