yeah i never export master tapes to dv either. i just archive my projects and any non-tape based media involved therewith. and camera originals of course. if it's something major, i'll break the un-transcoded mov into segments of 15 minutes to throw on data dvd's, which are far from archival, but at ...

What I am proposing is to cut the notch on the 64T cartridge deeper so that it runs the same length as a notch on a 160asa cartridge (there is information about notch length available online.) By the way, I have seen this done before - someone has extended the length of the notch in the plastic of ...

well there are 2 versions- a reflex and a non-reflex. i believe there are 2 slightly different shutter angles also. the reflexes (preferable) are usually about 3-6k depending on lens, mags, seller, etc. comparing cp16s to cams like bolex, filmo is apples to oranges. the latter cams are strictly m.o ...

yeah that show has been on forever. it used to be on the travel channel and it was then called "lonely planet." they kept the same hosts and the same super8 cutaways and moved it to pbs and changed the name. the girl kind of annoys me. there is (was?) another host who was a brit and wherever he went ...

it'll be wound very tight- there shouldn't be any spaghetti problems. the core adapter in your mag is what the core goes on. (you will need a takeup core.) if you take off the core adapter, you can stick daylight spools in your mag. (why anyone would do this i don't know.) well, it would make sense ...
