Thank you for that info. Is it possible to shoot 200t in an eumig nautica? Also, if I convert to 24fps will I have any new exposure issues to worry about? Thanks again.

Eumig Nautica Questions
Hi guys, it's been a long time since I've been on. I tried a few searches for the answers I was looking for but couldn't muster sifting through tons of topics.
I shoot a lot of surf and bodyboarding with my Eumig Nautica and had a couple of questions. Sorry I don't have a manual and I'm not ...

What is the filter size of the Cosmicar 6mm? Just curious to see what different kinds of adapters are available. Thanks for all the input also.

Don't be so cheap
You don't have to be so cheap. On bhphoto.com they have a collapsible diffusion panel, comes in different sizes, and also comes with a silver and gold wrap for it. Costs about $50. I can't remember what the brand name is though.

What about this
What is the screw mount size of a c-mount? Also what about getting an old 35mm fisheye like a minolta 7.5mm or 16mm and then getting an adapter for it? How would that look? Has anybody on here done that?

Looks good
That looks promising! It also looks like the lens in the pic I saw. I wonder what size screw mount it has and if there is any adapter available to c mount. I will look into this more.

Still need a lens
Thanks for the info Patrick. I watched the skateboard movie "yeah right"and noticed in the slide show segments on the extras a guy had a fisheye on his bolex h16. The shot was from straight on so I couldn't see if he had an adapter to his c mount or if it was a c mount already. I know there has to ...

Highest Quality Possible
Here's my strategy. Always get the highest quality possible, unless cost is a factor. Then just ask yourself what your output will be. If you have your file uncompressed and want to edit it, let's say in dv codec in final cut or premiere. You can convert it in your editing program.

Hollywood
I know RGB in Hollywood, Ca. has been doing this for years. They are on Highland pretty close to the kodak lab. In film school this is where we went all the time and the prices were reasonable. Uh nevermind they don't even have a website. Sorry bout that.

Keep this forum
I don't think there is really a need for another forum. Everyone that shoots or is interested in Super 8mm is already here. I think splitting up into categories would be best. I don't post that much but I read on this forum everyday and have seen major growth. There are great discussions concerning ...

Ewa-marine housing for Beaulieu 4008?
What's up guys! Does anybody know where I can get a ewa-marine bag housing for my Beaulieu 4008? I saw one on ebay for sale once on the german site. I contacted EWA, but they don't make them anymore. I have a Eumig Nautica but I would love to take my Beaulieu in the water to do slow motion and use ...
