What you have to do is burn the tracks as mp3's, not as an audio cd.
You will need a mp3 playing discman, though. But they're cheap.

Was it transferred to DV and edited on a computer?

Oh yeah, and is that the maximum resolution, or is that clip a lower quality version of the final cut?
