I'm not sure if he still does it, but Les Bosher used to service Arri cameras. He doesn't advertise this on his website, but you could call him.

You can buy these lenscaps from Wittner Kinotechnik in Germany; go to http://www.wittner-kinotechnik.de/katal ... optike.php and scroll to the bottom of the page - you'll find them listed there (you need the 65mm version). They even have the Schneider logo on the front!
