I mailed Jailbreak and asked them and the clip was shot on K40 using the pressure plate and scanned by filming it with a videocamera. ( They tried a cheap scan at Karlstad Film to Video but the result wasn't good enough.) I've mailed them again and asked about more details about the "scan".
