You aslo should take into consideration that much of what you see on screen was generated on a computer before or after the actors did their jobs. Much of the time the only filmed in real time were the actors in front of a greens screen. Even if Lucus did film his actors in 35mm, you wouldn't be ...

New Kodak Cartridges

I'm currently shooting a documentary about ghost towns in 35mm but I have a segment that I want to do in Super-8 to blow up to 35mm. But I want to make ...

Beaulieu Cameras
What are some users opinions about Beaulieu cameras. I have the opportunity to buy a Beaulieu s2008 with a Angenieux 8-64. It's been modified to use AA batteries. Camera looks to be in excellent shape. Guy wants $100.00.
Is this a good deal?
Thanks everyone.

Cartridge Jams
I've recently purchased a supr-8 camera and have run only two rolls through. On both occassions the film would lock up constantly. I had to take the cartridge out of the camera and force the jam manually. Both rolls were Kodachrome 40 with Marche, 2003 dates.

Kodachrome Cartridge Feeze Ups
Has anybody out there had any problems with Kodachrome 40 cartridges freezing up on them. I've recently had problems like this with film that was dated March, 2003. It's happened several times with each one. When it happens I have to take the cartridge out of the camera and manually unsticking it ...
