Hi Guys,

I recently ordered two rolls of the new Trix and two rolls of the new Plus-X from an USA Ebay store. The total price was £33 including shipping (admittedly it was surface shipping so took a while) and would have cost around £39 with airmail.

Just read the new news article on the home page of 8mm.filmshooting.com about Kodaks decision to stop making Ektachrome motion film, including the 7240 VNF super 8 stock. Does anyone know if this also means they are going to stop making Ektachrome 35mm stills film like EBX ...

Thanks for the help Guys,

Actor, the Plus-X I've ordered is in the old style box which I'm assuming is the older, so will it be exposed at 40ASA with the filter removed? What happends then when I want to shoot in daylight, do I engage the filter and what happens to the film speed if I do?

A couple of weeks back I showed my first edited film to group of friends at a party, and got a round of applause! :D

Hi Eric,

I'm really interested in stills photography and I use the late 1970's Canon A series bodys. I highly recommend the A-1 which is very well built with a really strong metal construction and has a huge amount of features.

Actually dont worry, I've sorted it out. Just me being thick!

I've also managed to succesfully repair the film, after a few practise attempts on a bit of leader of course!

Paying for an Ebay auction with PayPal

Hi Guys,

I've just completed my membership with Paypal and I'd like to be able to pay by paypal on ebay. How does this work, do I just go to the "send money" tab once I've won an auction?
