My 20 rolls of E64 went through xray machines 12 times from Sweden to Mozambique (and back again) witout any fogging or problems. Just take them with your hand baggage and youre safe!

Re: Tri-x test with canon 814az
As the blueness and the lack of contrast of the film already were pointed out for you, I might add that some shots were a bit underexposed for my taste. Some details on the building were too dark. Try to take advantage of the whole grayscale when shooting B/W. It might be the screen I'm watching it ...

Re: Shutter problem with my Beaulieu
Hello everybody!
Luckily enough I managed to fix the problem by lifting the shutter lever many times and pressing the main power switch on stimultaneously. The camera works perfect now and it seemed that the shutter was just a little bit sticky from all transportation and traveling. Thank you for ...

Re: Shutter problem with my Beaulieu
Thank you for the fast replys everybody.
Unfortunately the Beaulieu 4008 ZM doesn't have a 1:1 manual rewind shaft so I am not able to adjust it as you would do with the R16 or Bolex H16.
T-Scan, Im sorry to hear about your Bolex problem. I know how you feel and wish you good luck.

Shutter problem with my Beaulieu
Hello!
Im currently in Africa (Mozambique) shooting a super-8 documentary short with my Beaulieu 4008 ZM II. Sadly, I've encountered some problem with the shutter. It's stuck in the middle of the gate and wont move! The motor is running properly and the battery works. The camera was overhauled by ...

Re: Some of my super 8 footage online for the first time
I liked it! Very nice and creative.
What did you expose for, when you shot the sunset? Did you lock the f-stop?
Im going to do a timelapse using super-8, soon. Any special advice?

Velvia 50D
Hello!
I recently got to see some footage from the Velvia 50D and I really liked the colors and saturation.
I wonder if there's any other place besides Spectra Film & Video that sells this film stock. Anywhere in Europe prehaps, to minzimize the shipping costs?
Could Andec Filmtechnik process this ...
