Most 16mm projectors have 2 blades.
Buy a Siemens 2000. You can select 2 or 3 blades very easy. And this projector has variable speed.

It is right the Bauer T520 has fixed speeds of 18 an 24 frames/s.
In case you use your 50 Herz projector in a country with 60 Herz you only have to change the diameter of the small belt disc.
