Most 16mm projectors have 2 blades.
Buy a Siemens 2000. You can select 2 or 3 blades very easy. And this projector has variable speed.

It is right the Bauer T520 has fixed speeds of 18 an 24 frames/s.
In case you use your 50 Herz projector in a country with 60 Herz you only have to change the diameter of the small belt disc.
Probably you will find the diameter in your projector is 14,6 mm. For a speed of 24 f/s with ...

No no. The sprocket holes of Double Super 8 are the same as Super 8 and the sprocket holes of Regular 8mm are larger. (the same as 16mm)
