I have the same problem. I bought one of these CanonFD to c-mount adapter rings and now i only can use it with my FD-Lenses with open aperture :(

maybe there are different adapters out there?

normaly you can use lenses with the c-mount on your Beaulieu camera, if you want to use lenses with a different mount, you need an adapter like the two you ask for.

But i think you have to change the back focus on the camera + PL-Mount Adapter by a camera technician and the camera is no longer usable for c-mount, right?
