I have to say, I like EMJ. A lot. He did things few of us has until recently. Like having the guts to open up the 4008 and checking it out by yourself...

Why is it so hard to shoot anamorphic ?

Well, in the context of super8 there are very few cameras with exchangable lenses so anamorphic primes are sort of out of the question... and even if you had an anamorphic prime and a beaulieu, or leicina, it would probably not work anyway because of a number ...

Personally, I think this is amazing. Cellphones shoot better pictures every day. These are far better than the Sony Mavica we bought about 5 years ago. Cool processor, dude. Hope you're able to do something with it!
