Hello Pedro,

I have Sony Net MD MZ-n707. It has both microphone and line-in connectors. Microphone gain is either AUTO or MANUAL (via menu setting), but not separately with each channel.

Best regards,

Hi,

I even had problems with internal IDE/ATA drives capturing with Workprinter Pro with 6 fps. 1 and 3 fps was OK. I installed RAID-0 with SATA drives and get 100% results with 6fps, too. Problem was few frames with vertical "smear" , in 50 feet roll there were 5-10 defective frames. While ...

and then open the file there, it works OK

Yes, the key is the CONSISTENT ! Last spring when I got my Workprinter Pro, I did transfer with single drive of some films and I was very pleased with results. Then when editing those films with Premiere I noticed that on some 50 feet rolls there were some up to 10 frames with vertical plur ...

Also, did you blacken the sides and back of the gate as mine was painted? I'm not sure how critical this paint is!

Many thanks

Lucas

I examined all my S-8 cameras (total of 5) and found that two of them, Sankyo Sound XL600S and Eumig 880 have a gate, which is not black or gray as in other ...

Roger,

So, as it stands, the Pro will eventually phase out the 3fps speed and be just a two speed unit- 1fps and 6fps. Then I may be dropping it all together, depending on the level of interest for a multispeed unit.

Does that apply also to all Workprinter Pro orders you have currently in ...

There was another Porst in eBay, too. Does this look similar as Bauer 290 ?

Hello,

I think I have the same camera, sold as Porst XL 850 Sound. Unfortunatelu those picture links did not work and I was not able to verify if it is the same camera, but specs are identical. I have not used it yet, I bought it from eBay couple of months ago, I paid 25 Euros.
