Old 35mm Projector

Just got this old 35mm projector. I'm just wondering if I would be able to show newer films on here: ie. trailers, shorts, etc...

Curious

Just out of curiousity has anyone here framed and cropped super 8 for 2:35? Is that even possible?

Yeah it was shot on Panavision's new Genesis camera system which utilizes super 35 sized sensors.

It does have some flaws, surely, and I do see your point. However, I enjoyed the film. I guess you can't satisfy everyone when it comes to films.

End Credits The Old Skool Way

Ok, I'm making a short film for a 16mm class and I was wondering how to do superimpose scrolling credits the old way? Basically I want the credits to start rolling when the character walks away from some graves and then fades to black while the credits are still rolling. Any insight would be helpful ...

End Credits(Old School)

I'm making a short film for my 16mm class and I was just wondering how I can superimpose a scrolling text for my end credits. I gotta do it the old school way.

sevensword25 I suggest you try it one more time. I had the same experience like you before.

Try this again, you cut a little bit of the film at the start (Around half inches)... when you cut it, try to cut it right in the middle of the hole as follow:

Good Luck
They still do. Yeah I did mark it but I guess I didn't do a very good job though. I'm probably going to have to get it serviced now. Stupid me.

So Fuji stock isn't good for the K3? Maybe I'm just loading it wrong or something.

Fuji 250T in K3

I've been having problems with using Fuji 250T in a K3. I loaded it manually(no loop formers)and when I run it through to make sure that the loops stay at the right height, they don't. The top loop keeps going up and into the feed, not to mention that it sometimes eats up the film. Yet, when I load ...
