Re: Fujica P2 and Astia - where's the sharpness?

Hi there,

I exposed several Astia cartridges with a P 2 Zoom and the sharpness was good.
But the P2 Zoom has a variable focus.

On ebay you can get good working Z800s for less than 100 Euro, I paid 60 Euro for mine and it works fine.

The Canon 518 SV Zoom works with all available filmstock, the Nizo 800/801 too. The Nizo got the most features of all them.

Canon 310 XL & 514 XL are made for 40 and 160 ASA cartridges, but you get also with 64T rather satisfying results. I used 64T with the 310 XL with good results.

Hi Adam, I don't know what you did pay for that item, but if you bought it from a german seller you can try to cancel the contract.
If the seller said, the camera works fine, he has to ensure that, independently of warranty. If the camera does not work fine, the seller gave a wrong description and ...

Look at this:

http://www.wittner-kinotechnik.de/katal ... _meter.php

It's self-filling V50 stock.

In super8 cartridges it is not available. GK has trouble with the cartridges, I think.

Cinevia

I just shot one cinevia in a single8 cartridge with my lovely P2 Zoom. The result is fantastic, I don't miss the K40.

About the super8 cartridge of cinevia I heard too much of trouble with. I will wait with it until Mr. Klose find a solution.

Did someone use self-filling cartridges with V50?
I own ...

Ebay junk ?

Hello Dr Smith,

the difference between Nizo 801 macro and 481 macro is afaik only the zoom range (481 = 48mm, 801 = 80mm). I'm often working with a Nizo 560 (56mm) and I don't miss a higher zoom range. Except the focal length the 481 macro has no lower spec than a 801 macro.

Try the 481 ...

Lens of a Fujica ZC1000

Hello all around there,

I have a problem with the lens of a Fujica ZC1000. This camera is in a good condition, but the lens is a little bit moving along the longitudinal axis. It seems that parts of the lens are not connected as strong as they should do.
The lens hangs a little bit down at its top ...

Bauer C2A

Hi mercyboy,

it is a common problem with elder Bauer-cameras (with "leather-skin").
I bought three of the C2A's and only the last one had no mistakes.

I have two battery caps for replace, but I think the problem is the plastic lip in the grip that fixes the cap. This lip is broken at two of my C2A ...
