Films shot in S8/R8/DS-8?

did you project the film or have it transferred.. that could be another 'weak link'.

I projected the film as I used to do with all my K40s - haven't had it telecined it yet and won't have if the quality is that bad. In the future it'll probably be easier and definitely much cheaper to film ...

E64T - First impressions

Right, I know well that this is a subject which has been talked about ever since E64T came out but I decided to post this anyway...

I've just got back my three first rolls of E64T from processing, cutaways for a TV documentary, and have been in deep shock ever since! This film is absolutely ...

Re: Reverse filming

if you're really into reverse filming get a fujica, a DS8 or start shooting 16mm..

all super8 cams are pretty much limited to 4 second double exposures, that's just the design of the cartrige.

the 715xl has a lot of nice functions, but no auto B.

Thanks for the info, Christoph ...

Reverse filming

Hi,
I'm considering to buy yet another camera to obey my expensive fetish to Super8 cameras... (hands up, how many of you have about 8 cameras and only use 2 for filming...)
I've previously owned a Nizo S480 but I sold it as I wasn't too happy with the hard-to-come-by light meter batteries. Now I'm ...
