Sorry for the delayed post, been more than a bit busy.
Thanks for the info, Manuel... What did you use to reduce jitter and how successful was it? Did it work on panning shots? Did it require user interaction to complete?
We used Dynapel SteadyHand.

Re: Damn....
That stuff looks great. I'd love to see it full screen... What was your shooting ratio for the film? What equipment did you use?
We used a Beaulieu 1028xl60 that I bought on eBay. Great camera, rock solid...no complaints. We rented a Lowell light kit from a local supplier for the shoots ...

Just perfect. Super, squeaky clean from the first frame to the last.
Thanks, Roger. Just to share a technical comment regarding cleanliness with the forum:

My Dad used to have an old Argus 8mm movie camera and I would bug him all the time to buy me film and let me ...

Super 8mm Transfers from Moviestuff
Just got back the first 6 rolls of transfers of our short film "Walk the Walk" from Moviestuff in Houston. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the transfer. We shot over 40 rolls of Plus-X for this film. I was very nervous about even doing the project when I had originally priced ...

Textured cartridges
I suspect that Roger is right, I've had both good and bad results with the textured cartridges, so it really means nothing to any of us out here in the field. I can hold up two identical-looking textured carts as well: one was good and the other was bad...so what? At this point it only means that ...
