Hey Josh,
I'm in Brisbane and am shooting my next project on negative (Vision2 200T actually).
I have purchased the stock off Kodak Australia (you have to buy at least 20 carts) and then I'm posting them off to one of the many places in the USA that provide processing and telecine services.

Australian Vision2 500T Group Buy
Hi Guys,
I have organised a group buy of Vision2 500T Cartridges through Kodak Australia.
The reason that it's 500T only, is because they will only let us order in multiples of 20 , and the majority of you guys expressed interest in the 500T over the 200T. So if we wanted 500T and 200T, we'd need ...

I had always intended on getting my negative processed somewhere in the US. I haven't found any places that do it in Australia unfortunately :(
It shouldn't be that big of a deal sending neg to the US to be processed - should it? Isn't it just the shipping cost that's a disadvantage???
I'll speak ...

Vision2 Order
Hey Guys,
I don't mind organising an order of Vision2 cartridges.
Before we make anything official, could anyone in Australia who's seriously interested, please list what they'd like to purchase??
I'll start:
If we make an order, I would like 10 x 500T cartridges .
I've been told it will take 3 ...

Super 8 in Australia
Hi!
You can still buy K40 in Australia quite easily. The easiest way to buy it, is to call Kodak in Melbourne on 1300 139 795 and order it over the phone. They usually ship it to me overnight to Brisbane - free postage!
It currently costs $110 for 5 cartridges of K40 (you have to buy 5 minimum ...

Hand Held Light Meters
Hi Guys,
I want to get a light meter, but I'm not quite sure whether I just need a normal photographic one, or a "cine" model.
If I bought a normal photographic one (say a Spectra Professional IV-A), what functions will I miss out on?
I know some cine models have settings for shutter angle, but ...
